How to subscribe and use the service?
To subscribe, Dial *126*61♯ to subscribe to MoMo Helep. MoMo Helep will help terminate any of the eligible transactions when you have insufficient funds.
Which services are eligible?
Transactions eligible on are:
- - Transfer to MoMo users
- - Merchant payments
- - Bundle buying
- - Bill payment (ENEO, Camwater, etc)
How is the money reimbursed?
After subscribing to MoMo Helep, the customer can take many “Helep” without reimbursing the previous one, while he still owns a valid limit. The reimbursement is done immediately when the customer receives a deposit on its account, and the customer can still access the service to take another loan in the same day.
What happens if I don't reimburse?
The probability not to reimburse is quasi inexistent, as the “Helep” is reimbursed as soon as the customer receive money in his MoMo account.
